Employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in Regional's medical benefits program. Regional offers the choice of three high deductible health plan options. Paid Parental Leave
Regional Finance provides up to six weeks of paid parental leave to bond with a child after birth, adoption or foster placement.

Make either before-tax or Roth after-tax contributions, or both, through convenient payroll deductions. Regional matches dollar for dollar, up to the first 3% of eligible pay you contribute, and 50% on the next 2% on eligible compensation.
